New Build House - Ernest Road, Emerson Park RM11

A new build six bedroom luxury house on one of Emerson Park’s key streets. The client’s brief was to place emphasis on extremely high quality design, materials, finishes and also robustness of construction. This impressive house dwarfs the bungalow that was previously on the site, and huge amounts of floor space was provided by pushing planning permission to the limits, achieving both a fantastic amount of internal space and also a tremendous financial yield from the project, from a developer perspective. Humphreys and Sons were involved in the project from start to finish, produced full design and specifications and led the design, and also oversaw the building works on site. Everybody in the team was very pleased and tremendously proud of the finished product, which was a labour of passion for everybody involved.
