The Humphreys family has been involved in construction for at least four generations, and we are part of the family business founded in the 1970’s. It can be difficult to know what represents good value in this industry, and you are often faced with the option of paying very high fees for huge amounts of drawings to be produced, most of which are unnecessary and will never be used by the builder, or alternatively paying very low fees for a small set of very poor drawings, which are inadequate for builders to build with or provide quotations on, and usually lead to a poor end product plus errors, delays and increased costs on site as a result. Due to our extensive project management and site experience, we take a very practical, common sense approach and are able to provide the perfect balance in terms of amounts of drawings and design work required, and consequent level of fees required on any given project. This ensures that you always receive maximum value from us, and your project.
